Enrollment Renewal Form

The Enrollment Renewal Form is a fast-track enrollment process to register and enroll your child for the next academic school year. This is only available for current SITC students. Kindly note, once you have committed to re-enroll your child, a member of the SITC Admin Team will send you a new Annual Contract for review and signature. As DCFS regulations and standards change every year, additional forms may be sent for your review and action.
